4. User Content

4.1. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in content you submit to SpottedAI.

4.2. When you upload content to our Services, you grant SpottedAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content.

5. Termination
